so for my photography class i need a single lens reflex (SLR) camera with adjustable controls
and an internal metering system? where to get them? and it says that it cannot be digital or shoot 35 mm. so where can i get one?

What? NO 35 mm film?
That just made your cost of taking the class skyrocket.
The Hasselblad and other 6×6 cameras are not only very expensive, but use expensive 120 film
A view camera that uses 4×5 inch sheet film is even more costly.
What are you doing, attending a school which requires the student to use a view camera for the first few classes?
I would check again with your instructor. Banning 35 mm SLR’s just does not sound right.
